Cookies and walnut cubes

  • 300 g of sugar
  • 1 dcl of water
  • 125 g of Zvijezda margarine for creams
  • 250 g of grounded cookies
  • 100 g of grated walnuts
  • 2 spoons of rum
  • chocolate icing
  • fat for the mould
Boil the water with sugar. Put the syrup off the stove, cool it a little and put margarine into it and stir. Keep stirring and gradually add other ingredients. Cover the square mould with margarine and put the mixture into it. Nicely straighten the surface and press lightly. Put the chocolate icing onto the pastry and cut it into cubes when it hardens.
