Human resources service ensures various types of additional education for all its employees, namely the following: attending foreign language schools, IT classes, expert seminars, in-house and team building programs, conferences and higher education (undergraduate, graduate and specialized studies).
Zvijezda’s employees also attend the internal Agrokor Academy. High quality trainings, workshops and seminars are organized and implemented within the Academy, where employees from all of the Concern’s companies can exchange experiences and information, and where programs are focused on particular business challenges and daily practice.
